Woman soliciting and yelling at caller on Walton Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a home near Walton Avenue for a report of a woman in a red shirt who had been soliciting at a residence and allegedly yelled at the caller before walking south on Walton Avenue.
