Woman with head injuries after assault at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to an apartment complex on Broadway Street in South Fulton for a reported assault involving a 56-year-old woman who was punched in the head and is bleeding from her fingers. An officer was already on scene.
