Traffic collision with people initially reported trapped

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies and fire units responded to a reported traffic collision with people possibly trapped near North Durfee Avenue in South El Monte. The situation was later confirmed to be a non-injury crash, and responding ambulance units were canceled.
