Unconscious woman with shallow breathing found on River Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched for a possible unconscious 65-year-old woman with shallow breathing and white foam from her mouth in a camper behind a residence near River Road in Smyrna, South Carolina.
