As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched near a parking garage on Cliffwood Drive for a report of a homeless person following a caller while she was in her vehicle. The caller was waiting safely in a gray Honda Civic on the first level of the garage. The subject was described as a man wearing a (description withheld) and black pants.
