Group in parking lot with knife and threats to stab

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched for a reported weapons violation near S Majestic View Pl in Sioux Falls. A group of kids was reported in a parking lot, with one person said to have a knife and people yelling about stabbing someone.
