Welcome to be a Wattel this special dispatch of BOL from Ionia County they would like to be a black 2013 Lincoln and KZ doomed by an Ernest Ortiz he forced someone to give him their keys in the city of Belding he said he was going to his girlfriend's house 124 Oak Street and Sheridan so he was going to go pick her up and then be right back he also was picked up last week for R&O so may not be cooperative if located
