I have a stray dog locked in a garage at 73 48 South Carolina. You didn't know what kind of dog it was, just knows animal control has been out there a couple times trying to catch it, and that was black in his garage. Clear. And he did state today it was friendly, however in the past it has tried to bite him. Clear. Is it another Chihuahua? He didn't advise. Well, I'll be out with my vicious Chihuahua right now. Clear.
