Man with chest pain and breathing trouble out of inhalers

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a residence near Rose Road in Spivey for a man reportedly having difficulty breathing and chest pain. The caller mentioned that the patient was out of his inhalers.
