As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported crash between a vehicle and a bicycle involving a 21-year-old man near Nott Street and Randolph Road. The injured man was to be taken to a hospital in Albany. In a separate call, responders were sent to an apartment on Hagaman Street near Hugh Street and Guilderland Avenue for an 86-year-old woman who was reportedly sick.
