Parents dispute child custody at police station

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a reported child custody dispute. The father and child are reported to be en route to the Saratoga Police Department in a black Chevy Silverado, and the mother is also en route separately in a gold Honda Accord; she was advised to stay in her vehicle.
