83-year-old man attempts suicide by cutting wrists

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews and local first responders were dispatched to a location near Prescott Street in Santa Clara for a reported suicide attempt involving an elderly man who is bleeding heavily. Law enforcement was also sent to assist.
