Domestic dispute with broken window reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible domestic-related disturbance near North Middle Street, where a caller reported a man refusing to leave, yelling, and a bedroom window being broken. The man later told dispatch he had been trying to leave but was locked out and claimed the caller kicked him and broke the window herself.
