Dog locked in car at park parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire personnel are dispatched to a parking lot near the track and field area at Warinanco Park for a reported motor vehicle lockout with a dog trapped inside a red sedan. The dog has reportedly been in the vehicle for over 20 minutes, and a male who left the dog in the car was seen running away from the area. The caller is not the vehicle owner.
