Malfunctioning fire alarm at university hall

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and an ambulance were sent to a reported fire alarm at a university residence hall near Sims Drive, which was later reported by security as a malfunctioning alarm with no issues. Separate medical units were also dispatched to a medical alarm near West Redwood Drive.
