Report of impaired driver in white pickup truck

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible impaired driver in a white Ford pickup heading south on Main Street from Washington after leaving a bar parking lot at high speed. The male driver reportedly fell while getting into the vehicle. A license plate number was provided to officers.
