Search for underage male on South First Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers investigated a report of an underage shirtless male with a drawstring bag walking westbound on South First Street near St. Clair Avenue in Rogers City. Units searched the surrounding area, including nearby residences, local businesses, alleys, and ball fields, but initially did not locate the person.
