Vehicle hits bicyclist and leaves scene in Rockland

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 report that a vehicle leaving a shopping plaza may have struck a bicyclist near China Plaza in Rockland. The bicyclist appeared to get up without obvious injury and was last seen walking the bike toward a nearby CVS in the Plain Street area. The involved vehicle reportedly left the scene.
