Elderly man with breathing difficulty and altered mental status

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a location on Glen Eden Road in New Sewickley Township for an apparent medical emergency involving an 83-year-old man who was having difficulty breathing and showing altered mental status.
