Teen boy hits head at friend's house, has laceration

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a minor who struck his head at a friend's house near Clay Street and Ohio Avenue. The minor has a knot and a small laceration on the head. Emergency unit responded and was on scene with police.
