Truck blocking fuel delivery at travel center

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a tractor trailer parked in the fuel delivery area at a travel center on Brecksville Road, blocking access for a fuel tanker. Staff reportedly made two announcements but the vehicle had not been moved, and officers planned to respond when available.
