Truck collision and vehicle fire on Highway 244

As discussed during the dispatch call, in Rice, Texas, a vehicle apparently struck a Tex Stop truck on Highway 244, and both the truck and the other vehicle were reported on fire. All people involved were reportedly out of the vehicles, and only the far right lane was open, with traffic directed to use the frontage road.
