Report of burning and heavy smoke near County Highway W

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters were dispatched near County Highway W by Link Road East and Shirley Road for reports of heavy black smoke and a possible illegal or controlled burn in the tree line southwest of a nearby address. The report came from a passing driver, and fire units continued in to verify whether the burning was permitted.
