78-year-old woman with chest pain and breathing trouble

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a seventy-eight-year-old female with difficulty breathing and chest pain near Deborah Ave in Raymond. The patient is conscious and has a history of heart issues. Aspirin was administered following protocols.
