Welfare check requested for man with medical conditions

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was requested for a man at County Road 70 after his granddaughter reported concern due to his medical conditions and inability to reach him. Attempts to contact him by phone received no answer. There have been multiple previous well-being checks on him since March.
