Neighbor reports unresponsive elderly woman at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a neighbor requested a welfare check on a 93-year-old woman near Lincoln Avenue after she did not pick up her newspaper for several days and did not respond at home. The woman’s vehicle remains in the driveway and doors are locked. Attempts to contact her by phone and enter the residence were unsuccessful.
