Smoke cleared at Locust Ave alarm call

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported smoke condition at a building on Locust Ave in Portsmouth. The smoke was cleared, but the fire alarm system would not reset, and the owner was advised to contact the alarm company to replace the activated detector head. Units then returned to service.
