Woman reports car not returned, now recovered

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers went to an apartment at a complex on Chillicothe Street where a woman reported she had lent her car to a man who did not return it as expected. Radio traffic later indicated the man apparently came back to the apartment with the vehicle.
