Traffic stop after passing in no-passing zone

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer initiated a code 1 traffic stop on the 5000 block of West Buffalo Run Road after a complaint that a black Ford Explorer passed another vehicle in a no-passing zone. The vehicle’s registration was checked and apparently returned to an address in Tyrone.
