Intoxicated woman locks herself in Target bathroom

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly intoxicated adult woman near a retail store along US 19 in Pinellas Park. She was later reported to have locked herself in the store bathroom, then came out and refused medical assistance, and fire personnel cleared the scene.
