Central and a unit in the area of eastbound Pinkhoning Road over the overpass Near 75. Anonymous caller reporting an area check for a male walking over the overpass waving his arms staggering at the edge of the roadway. It's a male with a beard, hat, and a dark jacket, possibly wearing glasses. Did not see any cars broken down in the area. Caller continued westbound area check only, 1828.
