Two cars driving recklessly on West Grove Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received reports of two passenger vehicles, one white and one black, driving recklessly and weaving through northbound traffic on West Grove Street from South Washington Street. The vehicles were reportedly occupied by people in their late teens or early 20s.
