Female fell from golf cart with shoulder fracture, head injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services responded to Jellystone Campground near Ranger Road and Bear Paw Pass for a female who fell from a golf cart with possible fractured shoulder and head hematoma. Police were already on scene.
