Elderly man unconscious with possible skull fracture in Petersburg

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a report of an elderly man unconscious but breathing on the sidewalk near the intersection of Virginia Avenue and Main Street in Petersburg. Traffic control and an ambulance were requested for a possible skull fracture.
