People living in minivan littering park lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to Forest Park Nature Center for a report of a dark-colored minivan in the parking lot, where occupants were possibly living in the vehicle and had thrown trash around it. Radio traffic also mentioned a separate two-vehicle crash involving an SUV and a Buick blocking a lane of traffic on War Memorial Drive.
