Two pickups and trailer crash near Highway 115

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a two-vehicle traffic crash near Highway 115 and 3rd Street involving a white Dodge pickup, a black Toyota pickup, and a white trailer. There were no reported fluid leaks and the vehicles were not blocking the road, but they were still on scene.
