Suspicious car idling behind sporting goods store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the rear parking lot of a sporting goods store near West Monroe Road for a report of a suspicious black Chevy Impala that appeared to be idling with someone inside. The caller was unable to provide a license plate number, and it was unclear whether intoxication was involved.
