Semi tailgating cars in I-80 construction zone

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a report of a black semi truck tailgating other vehicles and honking in the eastbound lanes of I-80 near mile marker 132 in Ogallala. The incident appears to have occurred within a construction zone.
