Microwave fire reported near 3rd Street in North Wilkesboro

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a possible structure fire at an apartment on 3rd Street in North Wilkesboro after a microwave reportedly caught fire and the kitchen was involved. All residents had evacuated the unit, and responding crews later reported that the smoke was under control and canceled additional units.
