Person walking into traffic on Harwood in North Richland Hills

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was dispatched for a male walking into traffic near Weyland Drive and Harwood. He was described as wearing dark gray and black clothing and holding what appeared to be a water bottle. Emergency responders were on scene.
