Woman with special needs injured head and tried to leave store

As discussed during the dispatch call, a woman reportedly injured herself by banging her head in a car and later was seen walking through a store bleeding. She was then sitting in a parking lot and attempted to leave in a black Chevy SUV near a store on Rivers Avenue. The woman has special needs, and law enforcement was later requested to be canceled by her mother.
