Reckless driving by pickup near MCLA on Church Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a (number withheld) report of a black Toyota Tacoma driving recklessly on Church Street near the local college, reportedly crossing the double yellow line and changing speed. The reporting party could not provide a license plate number.
