Assault by ex-boyfriend at Blue Springs Lane home

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement and medics responded to a reported domestic assault at a residence on Blue Springs Lane in Nipomo. A Spanish-speaking caller reported that a male ex-boyfriend was hitting her sister, and that he had previously threatened to kill the caller and his mother. The man was reportedly inside the home while the caller tried to speak quietly, and fire and medics staged nearby as a precaution.
