Report of erratic driving near gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a vehicle that had been driving erratically near West Madison Street in New London and possibly heading north on Highway 45 near County 15. The caller later said the driving appeared to improve and reported the vehicle pulling into the south side of the gas station by Fleet Farm.
