Suspicious gray van with hiding occupants at church

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a church parking lot near North Main Street and Adams Street for a report of a gray van that had reportedly been parked there since the morning with two occupants who appeared to be hiding as someone walked by.
