As discussed during the dispatch call, officers issued a BOLO for a speeding motorcycle repeatedly traveling through the (number withheld) block of South Eleventh Street. The motorcycle is described as black, possibly a Yamaha, driven by a white male wearing shorts and a T-shirt with no helmet.
