Neighbor dispute over yard dumping and yelling

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were called to a possible disturbance between neighbors near 2nd Ave in Naytahwaush. A caller reported that one neighbor appeared intoxicated and was yelling after dumping a bucket of liquid in the backyard.
