Go ahead. Collar resides at 17 Morgan Street, 17 Morgan Street, nearest Street. He's advising the neighbor that lives directly across the street. We believe it's going to be 15 Dornapple Lake Road across the street on Jefferson. He's advising that their dog is always barking, so he went over and confronted the neighbor about this this evening, and then that neighbor started complaining about the caller's lawn, always being too long. and now he's concerned that he's going to be physically assaulted.
