Echo six seven, Trinity nine two, Delta traffic.This is Trinity, go ahead.Trinity Echo Six Hundred, ready for city party Delta with a SFS alert.Seventy-nine-year-old male patient coming from Calais and Whitehall.Patient was started on antibiotics two days ago for pneumonia.Has been running a low-grade fever.Tonight it spiked to 105.1 at the nursing home.He did get 650 mg ofTylenol about 30 min before our arrival.Our temp we got axial area is 102.8 .He is hot to touch.He is alert, oriented.Blood pressure is 100 and thirty-one over seventy-one.Heart rate is 106 .Endotracheal CO two is at thirty-two.His SpO two is at ninety-two to ninety-four, and that's on two liters.He's not complaining of anything.He's denying any shortness of breath.We have one IV running wide open at this time.We'll request anything further.We'll continue with IV fluids and we'll see you in probably ten to 15 min .How many rounds on arrival?
