Tire debris in turn lane on Highway 60 near Mountain View

As discussed during the dispatch call, authorities responded to reports of tire debris in the turn lanes on Highway 60 just east of Mountain View. The debris appears to have come from an oversized load that has stopped, and flaggers were managing traffic on both sides.
